A small studio in Newtown that decided dentistry did not have to be a mystery.

Opened in 2017 with two chairs and a printed price list beside the front desk. Four rooms and five dentists later, the price list is still the first thing you see.

    Every treatment has a published range and you get a written quote after the exam.

    One dentist who knows you

    You keep a primary dentist. Specialist referrals happen inside the studio, with your chart open.

    Built for nervous patients

    Numbing gel before every injection, a raise-your-hand stop signal, headphones, no lectures.

  4. 04

    Open Saturdays, ACC lodged here

    Saturday mornings until 1pm, ACC claims lodged for you, and payment plans for braces and implants.

  • Digital X-rays and a cone-beam scanner, viewed together on the screen.
  • Autoclaved, pouched instruments with a logged spore test every week.
  • Second floor with a lift and a chair that takes wheelchair transfers.
Timeline

Eight years, in brief.

2017
Dr. Cuizon opens Pearl with two chairs on Riddiford Street. The price list goes up beside the front desk.
2018
Dr. Ouano joins and full-case pricing for braces replaces per-visit billing.
2020
Root canal work comes in-house with Dr. Lim-Escaño. Rooms three and four open.
2022
Dr. Andrade adds oral surgery and implants. The cone-beam scanner is installed.
2023
Dr. Pescante opens the children's schedule. First visits for under-sixes become free.
2025
The practice takes on the adolescent dental contract, so under eighteens are seen free.
