Before you come
Small things that help.
Eat first
A light meal an hour before makes anaesthetic easier on you, unless we asked you to fast for sedation.
If it was an accident, say so
We lodge the ACC claim at the desk before you sit down, which changes what you pay for the visit.
Say if you are nervous
