Working with an agent

What you can expect from any of them.

  • Written disclosures. Charges on the title, management fees and any unauthorised building works go in an email before you offer.
  • No pressure on signing day. A provisional agreement is binding, so if you need a night to think, we say so.
  • Commission stated up front. One percent from each side on a sale, written into the Estate Agents Authority prescribed form, Form 3 for a purchase and Form 5 for a letting, before you sign it.
  • Replies within a business day. Viewings seven days a week, evenings included.
