The brief
Two sisters, one lot, two households that wanted to be near each other but not on top of each other.
What we did

Mirrored plans, offset entries
The two front doors are on opposite ends, so arriving home is private.

A shared wall that is actually two
A 100 mm cavity between the units, which is why nobody hears the other television.

One garden, two terraces
The outdoor space reads as a whole but each side has its own edge of it.
