The brief
Six units on one title, built in two phases, sold to six different families.
What we did
- 01
One structural bay repeated
Same span, same beam, same formwork six times, which is where the saving came from.
- 02
Alternating entry sides
Neighbouring front doors never face each other, so the row has privacy without a fence.
- 03
Roofs pitched apart
Rainwater is thrown to the party walls and into shared gutters rather than onto the neighbour.
