The brief

A corner unit with good bones, a small budget, and an owner who wanted it to look like it had always been there.

What we did

  1. 01

    Kept the original terrazzo

Patched rather than replaced, which paid for the joinery.

  2. 02

    One long counter

Orders, pickup and the pastry case on a single run, so two staff can work the whole shop.

  3. 03

    Openings left as found

The existing window rhythm sets the seating layout instead of fighting it.
