The brief
A roadside lot, a small kitchen, and a queue that had to work in the rain.
What we did
- 01
Queue under cover
The roof runs three metres past the counter so nobody waits in the sun or the downpour.
- 02
Kitchen visible, not exposed
A waist-high opening shows the work without putting the mess on display.
- 03
Seating in two grains
Bar seats for the ten-minute visit, a long table at the back for the ones who stay.
