The promise

Eight, and we mean eight

Four platforms, four racks, one coach on the floor. Eight is not a marketing number, it is how many people that coach can actually watch. If a session shows full it is full, and we will put you on the waitlist rather than run a ninth person off the same bar.

If that costs us a membership now and then, it has cost us a membership. It is the only reason the sessions are worth what we charge for them.

Pausing and leaving

How you get out of it

This is on the website on purpose. A gym that hides its cancellation terms is telling you what it thinks of you.

Pausing
Email us. Up to two months a year, free, no reason asked for and none written down. The Direct Debit stops and restarts on its own.
Leaving
Email us. One month notice from the day the email lands. The Direct Debit is cancelled at the end of that month and that is the end of it.
What we will not do
Ring you to talk you out of it, offer you a discount to stay, or make you cancel by phone during office hours. If it was worth staying for you would have stayed.
Coming back
No rejoining fee, ever, and your old programme card is in the folder behind the desk.

Never lifted? Do not start with a membership

Do the six week course first. It is £95, it comes off your first month, and it is the difference between joining a gym and knowing what to do in one.
