How we got here
Thirteen years, in brief.
- 2012
- Faizal takes calls off one motorcycle, mostly Setapak and Wangsa Maju, mostly at night.
- 2015
- First van, first two hires, first printed job sheet with the quote-before-work rule on it.
- 2018
- The aircon side opens. The hotline goes 24 hours with Kavitha on the night desk.
- 2021
- Move to the Jalan Genting Klang lot. Parts on the shelf, so most repairs now finish in one visit.
- 2023
- Adrian brings the SPAN plumbing licence in, and the permit to work stops being the customer problem.
- 2025
- Sixteen technicians, four vans, six motorcycles, job number 12,000.
